Appointments

• Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Changes to the appointment affect our dental team and other patients. If you are running late, please call our office to let us know. If you are late 15 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule as a courtesy to other scheduled patients.
• Please notify us by phone at least 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid being a “no-show”. Patients who cancel their appointment same-day will be classified as a no-show.
• A $50 no-show fee may be applied at the discretion of our office if you do not show up for your appointment without prior communication. We send multiple appointment reminders before your appointment time, so please give us an advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Please be aware repeated missed appointments/no-shows will result in dismissal from our practice. By not showing to appointments that are reserved for you, other patients who would like to be seen are unable to receive care.

Dental Treatment

• To reschedule or cancel your dental treatment appointments, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. We send multiple appointment reminders before your appointment time, so please give us an advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• 50% of your estimated co-pay is required to reserve your dental treatment appointment. A 48-hour cancelation notice is required.
• If you do not notify us 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled time or no-show to your appointment, a $75 no-show fee will be applied.
• Please be aware repeated missed appointments/no-shows will result in dismissal from our practice. By not showing to appointments that are reserved for you, other patients who would like to be seen are unable to receive care.
